DerivaFM is an internet radio aggregator that provides access to live radio streams from around the world via the RadioBrowser API. We do not host or produce radio content — we provide a discovery and playback interface for publicly available streams.
The basic listening service is free. You may create an account to sync favorites across devices. You agree not to use automated tools to scrape, overload, or abuse the service.
Station owners may claim a station for free, then optionally subscribe to self-serve paid plans (Verified or Promoted) to receive analytics, badges, and enhanced placement. Self-serve subscriptions are billed monthly via Dodo Payments. Enterprise is a custom commercial agreement handled by support.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of any new subscription. Contact support@derivafm.com for refund requests.
Radio streams are provided by third-party broadcasters. DerivaFM does not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of any radio station. If you believe content infringes your copyright, please contact our DMCA agent at support@derivafm.com.
DerivaFM is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for stream availability, audio quality, or content accuracy. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users.
